Adobe Sign Error Message

New Here ,
Jun 29, 2017 Jun 29, 2017

I use the Adobe Sign app on an iPad Pro to gather client signatures (I'm a financial advisor). I have uploaded several templates that I have formatted with initial and signature fields. I was testing out one of the templates, but I couldn't complete the signature process. I got an error message that read as follows: "This transaction failed because of a server error: Unable to complete request. No value provided for field "Client Initials"."

This error wasn't limited to one document. I tested out two other documents and encountered the same error message. These templates were working perfectly a few weeks ago, so I don't know what would be causing this error message.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, what can I do to trouble-shoot the issue?

Hi daniel, please contact adobe sign support on this one.

One thing worth checking though, login in adobe Sign via the regular website and edit your profile and ensure the initials field is filled out.

Did you ever get the issue resolved? I get the same error on my iPad Pro and iPhone. Thanks
