Adobe Sign Error with CPQ when generating a document

New Here ,
Dec 13, 2018 Dec 13, 2018

We have Adobe Sign installed in our Sandbox with the Salesforce CPQ Connector. I have gone through the setup many times and cannot find the cause of this error:

" Error initializing e-signature plugin: Attempt to de-reference a null object"
Any ideas? Thaaaaaaank you.

Hi!

I would recommend logging this as a case with the Support team who can directly assist.

To access support,

  • Log in to Adobe Sign as an Admin
  • Click the question mark in the upper-right corner

get help.png

  • Then select the Open a support case option
  • Select Support Request in the following menu

open a cse.png

Be sure to provide:

  • Your Admin email address
  • Your Company name
  • Your Salesforce OrgID (sometimes needed, but easier to get this in the original problem description)
  • The versions of the Adobe Sign for Salesforce and CPQ packages installed
  • A summary of the problem
  • The error you are getting (screen shots are awesome)
  • The process you are using to replicate the error
  • Everything else you think is relevant
