Adobe Sign für Outlook nur noch in Englisch

Hallo, bis vor einigen Wochen war Adobe Sign in Outlook noch in Deutsch. Jetzt steht es nur noch in Englisch zur Verfügung. Ich habe es schon neu installiert aber ohne Erfolg.

Muss ich etwas umstellen oder kommt noch ein Update ?
