Adobe Sign for Salesforce - Recipient Roles

How does the “Delete to Signer'' role work? It seemingly creates another Agreement for the delegated signer...is there any way to avoid the creation of another Agreement and keep it all on the same record? I’m under the impression that the creation of an Agreement record counts as a license usage - I would really like to keep it all on the same Agreement if I can get away with it.

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are referring to the "Delegate to Signer" recipient role. It does not create a new agreement, however, forward the agreement to another signer.

Could you please let us know what you mean here by the creation of another agreement?
