adobe sign form fill app on iPad, how to prevent

we want to use adobe sign form fill app on an ipad in the office to fill out an intake form. the form works fine.  the only problem is, when the patient is done, they have access to all the other forms that were filled out which is not an option.  is there a way around this?

Would you mind sharing your workflow to get the document signed?

Are you using the "Get signature in Person" option? If yes, there is nothing much that can be done. 

As you are using the in-person signature feature, that means you will be available there. The signer should hand over the device back once the document is signed.
