Adobe Sign - Generate Integration Key for Development Account

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I am in need of an Integration Key for my Adobe Sign development account. I found THIS support article that explains how to generate a key but the link to do so seems to have been removed. At the bottom of the article it states that if the link doesn't exist or is missing then I would need to contact Customer Service directly to have the Integration Key generated for me.

Well, I have done just that, not once but twice and each time I have the agent tell me the following, then immediately closes the support session.

"this issue can only be resolved at forums, so please visit forums. Our expert will provide you resolution as soon as possible."

The above referenced article specifically states "The ability to generate an integration key is only available with the Enterprise and Developer subscriptions." and again I have a Developer account. So please tell me 1) how this magical forum is going to address this issue, 2) in a timely manner, 3) and why customer service is incapable of providing direct support.

Here are my 2 support case numbers for reference

Your Customer Service team should not be sending people to these forums for answers regarding the creation of Integration Keys and instead should direct people to your Pre-Sales department. I spoke with another Customer Service rep on the phone (800) 833-6687 and they handled this for me. I was then sent an email in which I had to provide consent to enable Integration Keys on my Developer Account.

Assuming you are the same email address for your Sign account as you do in this forum, i can see you are now able to issue integration keys.

you can see these keys by going to personal preferences>access tokens.

In short this whole process is quite painful and time-consuming and should be annotated in THIS document.

For anyone looking to perform server-side interactions with the Adobe Sign API, do yourself a favor and CALL Sales / Customer Service to enable Integration Keys. Do not waste your time posting on the forums as there are no answers here.

What would you recommend as the best line to contact? I keep being sent in circles by their customer service/ sales teams, and I've been transferred at least 20 times in the last 30 minutes.

Yes, this is a ridiculous loop. Sales says call support, support says call sales. It is maddening.
