Adobe Sign has stopped working in Outlook for a few days

Hallo, ich nutze in Outlook das Addon "Adobe Acrobat Sign". Jetzt kommt beim anklicken von "More options " folgende Fehlermeldung:

 

ERROR
Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Wenn ich mich beim Addon neu anmelde geht es genau 1x dann kommt wieder diese Fehlermeldung.
Hat jemand eine Lösung ?

Were you able to use the service from Outlook before?

Check if you can use the service from the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat Online account.

Share the MS Outlook and OS versions on your machine. If using Acrobat, share the version details.

 

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
