Every time I sue Adobe Pro DC and send the doc via Adobe Sign, it deletes random letters throughout the entire document and saves the damaged file. Why?

I have the same issue! It deletes the letter Y so that I cannot even say certain things or send to an email address that has a y in it!! SO FRUSTRATING! please let me know if you find help for this!
