I've been trying to use my template in Adobe Sign and continue to get this same error. I can reload until the cows come home but I get the same error. Any thoughts?

I am on an Enterprise license. I have seen this error before, though perhaps not caused by the same action as you.
I had to clear my cache and log back in. I also had to get off the VPN. This was later fixed with help from IT by ensuring chrome was up to date, VPN client was up to date, and there was no blocking extensions associated with the chrome instance (coming from my personal account), e.g. avast blocker.
