Adobe sign not loading within my document cloud

Hey guys...

I'm having a subscription for the Adobe creative cloud which includes Adobe Sign.

I can log in into my documents cloud, but as soon as i'd like to use any of the functions like templates or sending for signature nothing happens anymore... the loading graphic is shown for hours.

I'm using a mac with safari. But the problem occurs also in Chrome.

Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

Hello,

As the Adobe Sign page is not loading via the Document Cloud, please try once to open this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

Try to sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Check if you can log in to the account.

Also, try once to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Open the Document Cloud account in the Chrome incognito window, check if the page is still not loading.

Let us know how it goes.

Good day.

 

I am getting the same issues as the person above. I have tried your fixes but it is just hanging when I try and add fields for others to sign. I get the same issue with the Word plug-in. In Word it also says that I cannot send for signature as I do not have enough transactions, please contact admin. I am the admin!

 

Any help would be gratefully received.
