Adobe Sign not recognizing my account/email as the signer

I have a template that requires 5+ signatures on including myself throughout. When I fill in the participants and want myself to be the signee I have used both the "add myself" option and typed in my phsycial address and no matter which way I enter my account after my appearance the first two times it no longer recognizes my account and syncs the form to show up under the "waiting for you" status under the Manage tab in my adobe sign account, even though I am the next person who needs to sign. I still get the email notification that I need to sign it but it just isn't as handy as logging into my Adobe account and viewing the "waiting for you" status. Is there anyway to fix this or am I entering something wrong? Thanks for any help
