Greetings All,
I am trying to setup Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online using Adobe's install directions listed here. I get all the way to "Establish a trusted relationship to Adobe Sign" in the guide. When I attempt to sign on to Adobe using an admin account, I get an oauth failed error as seen below. I cant proceed with the setup until I can logon.
I am currently licensed with "Adobe Creative cloud for teams". I am unsure if this license has the permissions to configure Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online.
Anyone?
Hi Blakes,
As you have already mentioned above, you are using Adobe CC for teams which include the Adobe Sign individual accounts.
The integration feature is only available with the Adobe Sign enterprise level account.
It is already mentioned in the link that you have shared in your post above.
Hope that answers your query.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Meenakshi

Hello Meenakshi,
Can you show me the directions / pricing for the enterprise level you speak of so that we can add signtures to flow or sharepoint? I can't seem to find it. we are a small business that would like to keep organized with this feature.

I think they are saying we have to spend a whole lot of money to get the enterprise version. I believe I went through this at the time and the pricing was something I could not afford. I know there is a very popular competitor that a lot cheaper.

I think so. I'm a solo and there is absolutely no reason for me to have an enterprise account. All I want is access to trigger an onboarding workflow when my clients sign our agreement. It really shouldn't be that difficult.
