Start around 12/1/2020 my Adobe Sign is now requiring I enter a passwprd to send out a file for signatures. There is no way to uncheck this option as "Password Protect" is grayed out. This is causing alot of issues as we require 2 round of signatures and once the first round comes back it is protected and cant be changed for second round.
Does anyone know why this is greyed out, I need to uncheck "Password Protect".
