Hello

I am using the Adobe Sign service via API. Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (usually via browser on smartphone).

Here is a brief description, step by step:

1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement

2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.

3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.

4 - But once the signer enters the code in the correct textbox (browser, Adobe Sign UI) and taps "OK", sometimes the browser is redirected to the previous screen (selection of the authentication mode, SMS or phone call) and a link appears: "I already have a code".

5 - In this situation the signer must tap that link, the textbox for the SMS code (previously written) is displayed again already filled in, and then by tapping "OK" the user can access the Agreement.

But obviously this is quite complicated... is it possible to identify and solve the problem?

Thank you very much.

Angelo
