Adobe sign populate Template data from CRM Dynamics

Hi Everyone,

I was told that you can directly link a Templatr in Adobe sign to my CRM Dynamics instance but no fields are displaying in Adobe? My API integration has been done but is there a second step im missing?

Any help appreciated
