Adobe Sign - send agreement to large audience

New Here ,
Oct 09, 2017 Oct 09, 2017

I sent an agreement to about 110 people in batches of 10 (was the maximum allowed).  In the manage portion on the dashboard, it is not showing the people who actually signed the agreement.  We received the email confirmations, but is this because every person in the group/batch has to complete the signing?  You would think there was a better way to send out to mass quantities and get individual confirmations in the dashboard.

Hi Conner,

What you are doing is sending a single agreement to 10 unique participants. So you get the same document with 10 unique signatures on it. So if all 10 people have signed you end up with 1 agreement with 10 signatures.

What you want to be doing (i think) is to send one agreement to 110 recipients, who each receive their own copy to sign. So getting you 110 agreements with a single signature. This mail merge functionality is called Mega-Sign and this feature is available in the business a

This mail merge functionality is called Mega-Sign and this feature is available in the business and enterprise plans. see 'bulk signing' here Compare Adobe Sign plans | Adobe Document Cloud

As for the agreement with 10 signature, go to the manage tab, select the agreement then on the right hand side click the history tab, to keep tabs on the agreement.

Is there a way to use MegaSign with multiple participants defined in the template. Our use case would be a document that needs to be signed individually by a large group (where we would use MegaSign), but once those recipients sign the document, a single staff member reviews each submitted document. In the document preview, it shows the MegaSign recipient as Participant 1 in our template, but there was no place to specify an email for Participant 2 for our template on the MegaSign send page.

Hi Jason,

Megasign is limited to 1 signer and the counter signature from the sender of the megasign.

However the api can be used to create a tool to batch sent individual agreements. Check with your account manager for more info.

Thanks for the info.  I guess I was impatient, as the "History" tab didn't appear to populate until I waited for the data to be collected.
