Yesterday I sent a document for signature but instead of it sending from my business email (note I was logged into Adobe with my business mail ID), it sent from my personal email. Please advise on how I can correct this going forward because this is an issue. Thanks.

Could you please confirm if this has happened for the first time? Or is it the first time you are using the service?
Please try once signing out of the desktop application and open the following link:
Sign in using your business email ID and password. Go to E-sign > Request Signature.
Try sending the document to your alternate email address and check if you still get the personal email address as a sender.
