Specifically calls to the document signing service, https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService19 .
Adobe has confirmed they are having troubles and the service is "up and down". Typically there is quite a delay from the time the issue is fixed to the time Adobe lets me know.
Anyone else have problems earlier today, and if so, what is the status for you now?

The issue might have been temporary due to service up gradation. Let us know if still are experiencing this issue, will try to help.

We are yet to get any details from Adobe side regarding the same.
