adobe sign, something went wrong

Hey Everyone,

i am the IT guy at our company and am getting stuck at a problem.

In my company we use the browser version of adobe sign and a very few of our employee's have been running into this problem.

when they send a document for e-signature to someone they get a popup error message saying something went wrong, do you want to load or go back to the homepage, so they do not have the ability to insert a field that the recipient needs to use to sign or even fill in who this file has to get to, preparing the file itself and inserting our own signature beforehand all works perfect.

i would appreciate any help
