Adobe Sign Support Request not available anymore

Hi,

We have launch the Adobe sign service in our company today.

Several user can't login to the adobe sign service. I'm not able to create a support request anymore. by following this path:

To open a support case, please log into your Adobe Sign account and click on "?" in the top right corner. From there, click on “Start here” under the Support Case section then click on “Support Request”. 

From the our Company Adobe sign page Once I click on the "?" then I land into the adobe sign login page.

Any one as an idea on how create an Adobe sign support request or an email adress to contact them ?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please find below the steps to contact support:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

I am also sending you the contact details on a private message.

Please check your inbox and refer to the steps mentioned there.

Hi Meenakshi,

I have tried to follow steps you provide me, but it doesn't work at all.

Once I'm logged in to Adobe sign and I click on the Question Mark I Land on

the Adobe sign Login page again, and again, and again...
