Adobe Sign - Unable to cancel an agreement

Hi,

I have a document in 'Out for Signature' which I need to cancel. I have followed the simple steps to cancel an agreement however I get an error message as follows:

Failed to cancel agreement: Quote for xxxxx

Error:Unhandled Error: 171019165635414.app-b1

---

I get emails saying it's been cancelled but the document is still showing in 'Out for Signature'

clearing the browsers cookies cache and restarting the browser and trying the operation again should be tried first in such cases.

Hi Simon,

I've tried all of that. I've deleted other agreements that needed cancelling and they have successfully disappeared from view, it's just this one agreement that remains with that same 'Unhandled error' message.
