Adobe Sign webform signing without having the email to request signature

Hello,

Currently, i am doing a website that requires me to have 2 signature from 2 different person. Is it possible for adobe sign to either request signature automatically after they send in their email? Or have 2 different signature without having their email, allowing to sign on my website itself?

I am using the embedding function from adobe sign webform currently to have the PDF form on my website. Is there an alternate method to work it out?

Any advice would be much appreciated!!
