We want to check a Document, signed by Adobe Sign signature in the portal:

https://verificador.iti.gov.br

The result is negative, means, can´t be verified. Can anybody help?

The portal says: "Signatures with digital certificates from infrastructure other than ICP-Brasil are not targets of this verifier and will be refused for verification.". Does your signature comply?

As per the error message, it seems that the portal accepts only the signature with a digital certificate from a particular infrastructure. I would request you to get in touch with the respective website's support team to get more information about this.
