AdobeSign allow signer to add form fields

We are currently explore use case to allow recipient/signee to add form fields (drag and drop) during agreemennt's "In Process" state. Is there a way to allow this behavior?

In Acrobat Sign, it is not possible to allow recipients/signees to add form fields to the agreement sent for signature.
