AdobeSign Platform Migration

Hi, we wanted to renew our contract with Adobe and just before the end of the contract Adobe told us that we have to migrate our system to the VIP model.

 

Since then I have been hearing (for 2 months now) always different information. Our account could not be found at first. Then they found our account, but now they can't access it to migrate it.

 

No one at Adobe can tell us anything more specific (no timetable, no migration scenario).

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
