Allowing a Prefilled Field to be editied

I would like to create a form where I can prefill a field - Company Name - for example but then allow the customer to EDIT that field as perhaps I have got the spelling wrong or some other change is required.

The prefill is easy to set up - just put prefill after the field such as:  {{es_company_name:Prefill}}

But is there a way to allow the recipient to edit this field?
