I've created a Web Form to post online as an application for a program my org runs. When applicants submit them, each of the documents comes back to me with the same file name Program Application 2021. Once I download them all to share with colleagues and store in our files, there's no differentiation in file name.
Is there a way to set up Web Forms to append the Signer name to the final file name?
