Approval needed by 1 of 3 (not all) and then continues to next step

There is a step I need to add for Adobe Sign that allows 1 of 3 people to approve before it goes to the next step. It does not have to be all 3. The first one that opens the form approves it and will disregard the other 2 people. It will then automatically trigger it to go to the next level. Any ideas on how to do this or if it is possible?

I was told via chat that this option was only available with an Enterprise Account. Much confusion and no one to actually speak with.
