Are you returning the management console page or not?

I just want a simple answer to the following question...

Are you bringing back the form management console funtionality back or not? 

If not, I'm going to find a different vendor.

Your form interface has degenerated into a mess and I'm not going to deal with it.

PLEASE answer my question asap.
