Hi Thomas,

You need Echosign to allow your Adobe ID and your Adobe ID email will need to match your Echosign email address.

Then just sign in using your Adobe ID and it will prompt you to 'allow for it'.

Thanks

Hello

I have the same issue and can't get echosign associated with adobe id. Same email etc. When I login to Adobe and look at products I see nothing...

help is appreciated so that I can send for signature direct from adobe without being asked to upgrade.

Thanks

Sebastian, that is correct. You'd only see esign services 9formerly echosign) if you purchased it via the adobe store. I'm assuming you bought echosign directly.

If you go to echosign, com login and just type your adobeID email, then use th eoption to login with your adobeID does that log you in?

Hi

Yes that works but the option to login via Adobe doesn’t always pop up.

I have now changed my password for echosign and adobe to be the same.

It is ok option but the thing I can’t do is when in pdf click send for signature. I need to do this via echosign.

Thanks

Sebastian

I'm checking this out for you, though i think you'll need to update/convert your echosign subscription to a "Send for Signature" (if you only want the esign service) or an Acrobat standard/ pro subscription. That would make your Echosign sub into a proper document cloud sub under your AdobeID.

but as said, i'm checking this for you to make sure this is indeed what you need to do.

So I was right on all counts.

If you have an old Echosign sub (bought before april 2015) you need to update to a document cloud sub.

Before you do, it's advisable to setup an AdobeID which uses the same email address as the username for your pro account first and purchase the DC sub with that AdobeID. That will ensure your old Echosign account will live on as the updated DC account. (if the email address is not the same, it would create a new eSign (formerly Echosign) account.

There's a variety of DC subs to choose from:

send for signature, PDF pack and Acrobat Pro/standard subs all include the former echosign Pro sub.
