I have a document where I need to collect eSignatures from multiple recipients. The document contains personal information, so, according to our company policy, it cannot reside in the cloud; Is it possible to create a template that attaches the file and sends the recipients for esign.

Hi ar3434323424,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are trying to attach a file to the document when sending it for signature, you may add a File attachment field.

The option "File attachment" is available under More options on the Preview & Add Signature page. However, the feature is not available with all the Acrobat Sign accounts.

For more information on the field type in Acrobat Sign, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
