Auth method for Small Business subscription

Hi all.

We bought an "Small Business" subscription for Adobe Sign. When I load a contract and choose the auth method for each recipient I see just "Email" & "Password". Other options are missed, like "Phone", "KBA"... I'm interested in "Adobe Acrobat Sign" method. The missing is due to subscription level/type (Small Business). And, if yes, how kind of subscription I have to buy in order to get additional auth methods?

Thank you all in advance.

Hello,
I would like to add that I am not aware of the possibility of a small business subscription.
Unfortunately, phone verification and KBA verification are features that are not supported by Small Business subscriptions.
If you would like to use phone and KBA authentication, you will need to purchase a pay-as-you-go transactional license for the Business or Enterprise editions.
Please see this help page.

Thank you for your reply, but I'm interested in "Adobe Sign" auth method.
