Auto-Save feature between web application and mobile

Hi,

I have a template, which I want to use to send to a prefill person and a signature person.

I have an issue where I try to complete an Adobe Sign form. My prefill person want to start fill the fields on his Windows laptop. Then, he wants to pursue on his iPad. The issue is, the data won't sync between both platforms, he needs to fill the form again. Is that normal? Doesn't the auto-save feature for that?

Hi Youri5F8F,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please confirm if you are referring that when user prefill the document on web application with half information and then open the same document on mobile application, it removes the already filled information. Is that correct?

If yes, then could you please confirm if the document was saved when first filled on web application. Share the steps used to first fill the document and then you access it via the mobile application.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks for following up. So, here's the steps:

1. Creating my agreement with a custom template I made.

2. Adding (in order), the person for prefill and the person for signature.

3. Sending the agreement.

4. Starting to filling the document.

5. When I'm done, I am waiting the notification in left lower corner telling me the the auto save is done at [hour:minute]

6. Then, I'm closing the browser tab (or going back to Adobe Sign main screen, I tried both)

7. Now I'm goind on the iPad, looking for my agreement in the "Waiting for your action" section. Select my agreement and choosing the icon for filling it

8. Agreement's opening, but all my previously filled fields are blank. To be sure, I am going back on my computer web browser, fields are properly filled.

Troubleshoot done form my side: Uninstall an reinstall app, disconnect the Adobe Sign account and login back. Tried another account.
