Automate Adobe Sign Process

Hello,

 

For my use case, I intend to create a form on a website with fields including the names and email addresses of a number of collaborators.

 

Is it possible to automate the process of sending documents to the signers from Adobe Sign using the names and email addresses from the above mentioned web form?
