I signed up for the enterprise plan, paid for it and cannot use it because I need to sign the BAA to be HIPAA compliant. It isn't available anywhere online. No one in the chat support function can help me. I am constantly referred back to an "Account Manager" who does not respond. I have a case open and have escalated it. I am extremely frustrated and now remember why I used Docusign.
How do I get the BAA? Where do I get the BAA?

And just for fun, now the online chat person has told me to "email my Account Manager". When I said I had already, I got a response of "kindly email them" and they ended the chat so I could not respond.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm a little over a month into waiting. I have the chat and emails to back up that I only entered the Enterprise VIP agreement on the condition of getting a BAA and I'm getting slow played by the account manager "oh I submitted it, they should contact you soon." This isn't rocked science, it's a fill in the blank agreement and they flip some switches on the back end.
