Best practice to retrieve agreements signed by a former employee

A few employees with Adobe Sign licenses left the organization and their user accounts in Active Directory have been deactivated (not deleted).

 

As IT admin, what would be the best practice to retrieve and archive all agreements processed (initiated, signed, or approved) by these employees?
