Hi - Are there any known issues with signing a document in Bosnia via Acrobat/Adobe Sign? I have a staff member in Bosnia saying that she's getting a message stating that service is not available there.

Does this happen only with one staff member? Would you mind sharing the email address used for that user in a private message so we can check the account details?

Hi Meenakshi - The user, located in Bosnia, was trying to set up a personal Pro account on her own instead of going through company IT. She said that she got a message saying that she couldn't do so in that country, but didn't give me the message. Once she explained that she was doing all this personally, I did create her an account under our corporate account, which did work, so she's all set.
