Calculated fields option has disappeared?

New Here ,
Jan 25, 2017 Jan 25, 2017

In the past, I've used simple calculated fields in forms that I've filled out. I can pull up old documents/form templates and see the calculated fields. I can also add a new text box field in these document templates and have the drop-down of "Calculated Value"

However, in any new form that I create, even if the calculated fields are working perfectly in Acrobat DC, they all revert to regular text fields when I move into Adobe Sign and I can't figure out a way to get them back. When I try to add a new text box, there is no option for a calculated field.

What am I missing?

Thanks!

Hi e_raely

I see that you hold an Adobe Sign individual account. Please be informed calculated fields are no more part of Adobe Sign Individual account.

You will have to upgrade to Business or an Enterprise service level to avail this feature.

Is this true? When were we informed that part of the service that we paid for was removed?

That seriously sucks! How can they take that option away from existing customers who paid to have it???? The reason that I purchased Adobe sign was because it had calculated fields. I guess I will be moving to another company.
