I have created a PDF and got signings from the wanted 6 persons and the doc is now complete. Now I want to forward that fully signed document to 2 other individuals for their signings.

Can I do that?

Thx.

Hi Bjarne,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Once the document is fully signed in Adobe Sign, it is impossible to send it for further signing.  The document gets encrypted after the signing workflow completes, and then you cannot make any changes to that document.

You will need to create a new transaction to add all the recipients at once.

Let us know if you wish the document to be signed in a particular way.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Dear Meenakshi - thanks for your reply - it is highly appreciated 🙂

I would love if it was possible to forward an fully signed doc for further signings (no changes should be allowed except for adding further signers). Imagine a financial report to be signed by the management and then the board and then the external auditors and finally perhaps the chairman of the GM.

Thx.

Bjarne
