can documents be made into fillable documents in esign and stored as fillable documents to use over and over?

i would like to be able to be able to have a fillable document here and pull it up when face to face with the person signing. or do i need to create the document first using DC pro?

If you are documents is used again and again, then you can create a Library template and below is the documentation for same:

Also, if you want the signer to sign as In Person, then we do have the feature in IOS and Android device and is known as In Person Signing.
