I was only trialing adobe sign for our installation administrator. I do not wish to use this programme, is there a way of changing the e-mail address on the account? Louise.
Hello Louise,
You can change the email address of your account by hovering mouse over your name on top right in Adobe Sign and click My Profile. Then, you can click "Change email address" and provide new one and save.

I don't think you can - you have to change accounts.

If it is an enterprise account, the admin should be able to remove the account from the system. If you do not wish to use the program, why do you care if there is an an account that you do t use? Your admin may care as they may pay for a set number of accounts. Your admin can contact Adobe Sign support for help in removing the account. There is nothing a user can do.

My emails are continuing to go to my old email even though I have changed my profile email. Can anyone actually provide a working response to this please?
