Hi Adobe
I've tried submitting two tickets for this issue, which were ignored and then marked as complete. I then followed up on Twitter and was told by Adobe Support to submit my question here.
I have recently signed up for a trial account of Adobe DC specifically so that we can send fillable forms for signature by our clients. However, after creating my form and clicking "Send for Signature" I am asked to upgrade to a paid account. See the screenshot attached.
According to Twitter support, no features in Adobe DC should be disabled. Do we need to change something in our settings or has something gone wrong with installation? Or is the feature actually disabled on trial accounts? (this is one of the flagship features of the Adobe DC product - it doesn't make sense that this would be disabled in a trial account...)
We cannot subscribe to Adobe DC until we can be sure that the Send for Signature feature fits our needs. Hoping you can help!
