Can I fill out form fields, before sending document

I want to upload a blank form to our library, and allow all of my employees to fill it out, as they need, within adobe esign, then send it.  Currently, we have to open the document on our computers, fill it out, save it, then open adobe and send the completed document.  It would be so helpful if they could work directly from adobe.
