Can I have Audit Report(Trail) included in AGREEMENT_WORKFLOW_COMPLETED event?

I've noticed I can get base64 encoded signed document from AGREEMENT_WORKFLOW_COMPLETED webhook event, but can I ask if there is a way to get Audit Trail/Report from any events as well insdead of calling APIs to get report?
