I'm trying to develop an application using Adobe Sign and I can't get access to the developer API.
I'm literally just trying to follow the steps set out in the documentation under Getting Started, but it won't let me create an application.
It tells me to contact my sys admin. I don't HAVE a sys admin. According to this I should be able to create a developer account and then create an application. I have created a developer account using this form, which is linked from the documentation. I go to my developer console and Adobe Sign is greyed out - I can't create an application.
How do I fix this? I literally don't know how to be any more specific about my needs, because I can't even complete the first two steps in the Getting Started guide.
Hi @jbarr_metro,
This feature is only available to certain tiers, for instance Enterprise Accounts. If your account is not an enterprise account, you will not be able to use the feature. You can always contact Adobe support to upgrade your account to an enterprise account and talk about other features that will be available to you upon upgrade.
Please let me know if you do have an Enterprise account, I will be happy to look further into your account in that case.
Thanks

Sameer,
Thank you for your kind response. I was finally able to get appropriate access through my organization. They had set me up incorrectly.
