Can't find API key in echo sign

I have created developer echo sign account but I am not getting API key.

This is a setting that has to be enabled from the backend.

Exactly where/how do we contact support? I can't find anything definitive on how to talk to anyone or get help.   

When I call the sales line and select tech support it just says to go to the web site.
