Can We Upload PDF Document in Document Builder?

Hi,

We are using the Acrobat Sign trial version to explore its functionalities. I find I'm only able to upload Word docuemnt when using Document Builder to create Agreement template.

Anyone knows if we can upload PDF document to generate the template? If not, how we can map the fields from Salesforce to the PDF document?
