Canceled document still shows in progress and sends reminders. I can't get rid of it.

I canceled an agreement because the signer ended up stopping by the office and signing. I went into AdobeSign and canceled the agreement, but it still shows it is "in progress". When I open it, there is no cancel link and status says it is canceled. However, it continues to send reminders and I can't stop it. If I click the link from the email reminder, it says the agreement was canceled. If I try to click the reminder button, it freezes up and doesnt go anywhere. This has been going on for a week now.

I need to stop the reminders.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

If an agreement is canceled, then the reminder should automatically be stopped. If it hasn't stopped, please check if you can do the same manually.

As stated above, when I click the reminder button, it will just sit and spin until it times out or freezes up. I cannot access the reminders for this document.

Just one particular file.

I tried with Edge on the same computer with your link.

I tried with a completely different computer with Chrome with your link.

I tried with my phone with Chrome and with Safari with your link.

All the same. No different.

FYI - The document shows up under "in progress", yet when you click it is says its canceled. Also, normally you hover over the section to bring up the reminder, open, etc buttons, but on this one the reminder is always there showing regardless of where the mouse is on screen.
