Cannot access documents on Adobe Sign

Haven't been able to access my documents all morning. 

 

When I go to my signed documents the error is "Something went wrong
The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments."
On the send page it says "Server error. We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support."
 


Cannot get any response from chat, been waiting on chat for nearly an hour.

 

When I call the helpline I'm told there's no support available for this product. 

I need to know how to download my signed documents immediately and cancel my subscriptions. This is unacceptable for such a critical app. 

 

I'm done with adobe and moving my signing to Docusign.
