Cannot Delete Document

New Here ,
Feb 03, 2018 Feb 03, 2018

I am getting the following error on an agreement I used to test the service when I first started:

"

We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.

If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support.

Error message: This agreement has form fields that are not supported"

The option to delete the document is grayed out (as are the other options), so I cannot get rid of it.  Has anybody else found a fix for this issue?

Apparently, it is not possible to put more than one image in a post, so I had to make multiple posts.  Also worth noting is that the blue "customer support" link does not work properly; it does not go to a support page, but instead a frustratingly useless page: Adobe Sign, e-sign documents, formerly EchoSign | Adobe Document Cloud
